WoodSpring Suites Seattle Redmond

Clean spacious room, friendly staffs,plenty of parking and theres a laundry room. Hotel is also conveniently near to stores, coffee shops, and downtown redmond. The front desk went above and beyond for my family’s needs!

Brandon has been a great guest assistant! He’s helped me a couple nights when the front desk was closed and needed key assistance during the late night. He was responded and came out quickly to help reprogram a new key for me. The on-call after hour service is a nice feature that this hotel has.

We’ve stayed at this location quite a few times now and Rob has given the absolute best costumer service. He’s extremely friendly and helpful, to the point he even gave us the same room twice. Truly have not had a better front desk experience at a hotel, we look forward to seeing him!

Stayed here to drastically cut my work commute while the season is very busy. Management is AWESOME, shoutouts to Rob especially. So extremely helpful, and you can tell he cares to make our experience perfect. Highly recommend this location!

This property is in excellent condition, look like they just got new flooring throughout the hallways for all 3 floors. Room was great, very clean, odorless. Nice modern kitchen, love the full-size fridge, whole foods is literally 3 mins drive. Clean bathroom, comfy bed and pillows. Very safe, especially for my son and my family. Highly important. Nice fitness room, laundry room, and sitting area out at the front desk. No weird homeless or suspicious activity around the property. Overall, the staff is great, especially the GM, Katrina! Very hard worker, she definitely need a break! I highly recommend for anyone to come and booked here.

My husband works out of town a lot, so we’ve stayed in many hotels—including several WoodSpring Suites locations. The Redmond WoodSpring Suites has been the best by far. The manager, Katrina, is truly exceptional. She keeps the place very clean and addresses every issue quickly and with genuine warmth. She truly creates a home away from home. Thank you Katrina!!!! Katrina and her staff are super professional and friendly, always willing to help. I read different reviews about the rooms, and I just want to say that the room I’m staying in is nice and decent, and I’m super grateful. The bed is always nicely done, and the restroom is big, so you have plenty of space to shower and store your things. The kitchen is clean and decent, and the overall layout is comfortable. I have no issues at all. As a long-term resident, I would definitely recommend staying at WoodSpring. I always sleep comfortably and never have any problems. I would rate it five out of five. One thing I really like is that when you order from Amazon or get any deliveries, you’re able to receive them without any issues. None of my packages have ever gone missing, been opened, or damaged. The staff keeps an eye out, and the downstairs area is always well-presented and clean.

Heads up - wheelchair/cane/crutches users, the doors are not compliant. You must manually hold the door open as you walk through. This make for a not super accessible entrance. One towel had mascara stains/dirt upon unraveling, and one of the two beds had a mysterious brown stain on it. We contacted front desk two times over two days regarding this and each time was told we would need to purchase a cleaning linen fee, despite having walked into a “clean” hotel room. We had also asked several times over multiple days for the loud and squeaky bathroom door to receive some WD40, as it was causing issues with my elderly grandmothers hearing, and both times were told someone would be up the next day. Never saw anyone. I was thankful that the hotel room came with a cooking spoon, a pot, and a pan, some silver are, and some plates/bowls. I’m not sure if that is what someone else had purchased and left behind or not, as I don’t recall online mentioning it would be provided. Overall, left feeling like I’d recommend this place due to discounted price offered for a week stay, and that my truck was never touched. Felt safe walking around during the day. My grandma and I would really have appreciated more help from staff during stay.
